1.Make sure to listen to some upbeat music on your way to work reminiscent from you holiday and why not add a good cardio workout to kick start your week.
2.Don't stress to reply to all your 105 emails on your first day back, pace yourself the first 2 days.
3.Remember to be positive. Work is not a burden, see it as a time to start fresh. Wear bright colours and put your favourite holiday photo as your screen saver.
4.Put your health first. Start your first week with healthy breakfasts, drink plenty of water and avoid too much tea and coffee. Start some physical activity the moment you are back we can help you if you are unsure of what to do.
5.Ensure your workstation set up is correct to prevent neck and shoulder pain and tension headaches.
